• Wildlife Refuge: Our goal is to keep the island habitable for migrating birds dependent on the ecosystem of Narragansett Bay.

• Unique Environmental Education: A program of year-round educational, eco-tourism opportunities for visitors.

• Completion of the restoration of the island’s Fort Hamilton barracks, a rare example of the First System of Fortifications in the US

• Establishment of a maritime and military museum and classroom

• Restoration of the wildlife refuge and invasive species removal

• Enhance energy efficiency of our ‘off the grid’ Lighthouse to further reduce our low environmental impact
